English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. quick yeast (dry)
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk (do not boil)
    1/4 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Pour scalded milk and oils over dry ingredients; stir together.
    Knead and let rise.
    Knead and let rise again.
    Knead and put in pans.
    Pam the loaf; dust with corn meal.
    Put Pam in bread pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
