Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and diced (uncooked)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    2 c. mayonnaise
    5 slices cooked bacon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
    Grease dish with spray Pam.
    Pour the first 4 ingredients into dish.
    Top with bacon, cut up.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Great with ham.
