Mari Lynn'S Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 beaten egg
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 medium chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
    2 stalks chopped celery
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine meat,
    egg,
    1/2
    of
    onion,
    green
    pepper and crackers.
    Mix well.
    Line 1 1/2-quart casserole with mixture, pressing evenly
    over
    bottom
    and\tup sides.
    Combine 2/3 cup water and
    margarine.
    Heat until margarine melts.\tAdd stuffing mix and
    other half of onion and celery.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into center
    of\tcasserole.
    Spoon soup over top.
    Bake uncovered in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings. Good!
