Picnic Wheel Meat Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. onions, peeled and chopped
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 bunch parsley, minced
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Boil onions until tender; drain thoroughly.
    Force through sieve.
    Combine onions with meat, parsley, crumbs, egg, cheese and seasonings.
    Shape into 48 small patties.
    Pan-fry in shallow hot oil; drain on absorbent paper.
    Do not pack for the picnic until thoroughly cold.
    Serves 8.
