Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Dice squash and onion; cook in a little water with salt, pepper and butter on low for 15 minutes.
    Drain water; add sour cream and undiluted soup.
    Add 1/2 cup butter to stuffing.
    Add one-half of stuffing mixture to squash mixture, reserving one-half for top.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch casserole and sprinkle with remaining stuffing.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
