Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 medium red onion, minced
1 medium bell pepper, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 carton sour cream
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. sharp cheese, cubed
1 tomato, cubed
