Creole Pork Chops(Quick And Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 end cut pork chops
    1/4 c. raw rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (19 oz.) can tomatoes
    green pepper rings
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides.
    Sprinkle with rice, salt and pepper.
    Top each with a green pepper ring.
    Pour tomatoes over chops.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer one hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
