Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. corn oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, mashed with a fork
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat oil and sugar together.
Add beaten eggs and bananas; beat well.
Add flour, soda, baking powder and salt to the first mixture, then add milk and vanilla.
Beat well and stir in nuts. Bake in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan lined on the bottom with waxed paper in moderate oven (350\u00b0) about 1 hour.
Cool well and store airtight.
