Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggplant
    1 large onion
    6 slices bacon
    2 eggs
    1 can tomatoes, drained
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Peel and chop eggplant.
    Boil in salted water until tender; drain well.
