Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 c. cold, cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. frozen sweet peas, thawed
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil; saute green onions until tender. Stir in rice and soy sauce.
    Cook over low heat 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork.
    Push rice mixture to side of skillet; stir in eggs and pepper.
    Cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in peas.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serve with additional soy sauce, if desired.
