Herb Marinated Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 split chicken breasts, skinned
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. rosemary leaves
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
Preparation
    Pour off fat, leaving the brown flecks.
    Save the fat.
    Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
    Measure into skillet 2 tablespoons of reserved fat for each cup of gravy desired.
    Blend in equal amounts of flour or use half the amount cornstarch as you would use flour.
    Stir over low heat until browned.
