Rice Chantilly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice (this is 1 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice)
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated cheese (or Velveeta)
Preparation
    Combine rice, sour cream, salt and cheese.
    Spread into buttered 1-quart dish. Bake about 5 minutes.
    Take out and stir. Smooth out mixture.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese on top.
    Bake 15 minutes more.
