Chili Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and cut up
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope chili seasoning mix
    1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
    Cook and stir ground beef in 10-inch skillet until brown.
    Drain. Stir in onion, tomatoes and seasoning mix (dry).
    Spread in plate. Sprinkle with olives and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
    Pour into plate.
    Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, if desired.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
