Surprise Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 egg whites
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. soda crackers, crushed
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 large Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling or other topping

Preparation

Beat eggs until stiff.
Add sugar gradually.
Fold in vanilla, crackers and nuts.
Pour into two greased pie pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip and topping.
