Chicken And Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 lb.) hen
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 large cans asparagus
Preparation
-
Boil hen in water with salt.
Debone and reserve stock.
Melt butter in pot.
Blend in flour gradually with milk.
Then add broth and cook on low heat until thick and smooth.
Remove from heat and add salad dressing, lemon juice and curry powder.
Mix well.
