Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. C & H dark brown sugar, packed
    2 c. grated, raw, unpeeled zucchini
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs.
    Add
    oil,\tsugar
    and
    zucchini; mix well. Stir in flour, salt and soda.
    Fold in vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased
    and floured loaf pans (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven
    for 1 hour.
    Remove from pans and cool on rack. Makes 2 loaves.
