Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    12 oz. salsa
    1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Prepare Jiffy mix according to directions.
    Add creamed corn. Place half of mix in greased 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside.
    Brown ground chuck and drain well.
    Add salsa to ground chuck; simmer 10 minutes.
    Spread ground chuck over top of cornbread mix.
    Sprinkle cheese over chuck mixture.
    Spread remaining cornbread mix.
    (Will look thin, but rises.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for exactly 50 minutes.
