Walnut And Port Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. Port
chopped walnuts
Preparation

Blend together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Using a table knife, swirl Port through cheese, making streaks, but not blending in completely.
Form into a ball.
Wrap and chill at least 4 hours.
Before serving, press walnuts firmly into top and sides of cheese.
Makes about 1 cup.
