Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat (all beef)
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated Irish potatoes
    1 egg
    catsup or tomato paste
Preparation
    Soften cracker crumbs with milk and let set 10 minutes.
    Add egg to all of this which has not been mixed together.
    Add a can of tomato paste or catsup on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
