White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    Southwest seasoning
    2 cans chicken broth
    3 cans Northern beans
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle Southwest seasoning on chicken breasts and cook in microwave until done.
    Don't overcook the chicken but make sure it is done (no pink in the middle).
    While chicken breasts are cooking, combine above ingredients in pan and cook on medium.
    Add cooked chicken breasts and simmer 30 minutes.
    Stir to ensure it doesn't stick to bottom of pan.
    Garnish with sour cream and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
