French Vanilla Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1/2 c. Crisco, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook
    milk
    and
    flour until thick (similar to starting gravy).
    Cool
    completely in fridge.
    Beat butter, shortening, sugar and
    vanilla
    until
    creamy.
    Add cooked milk and flour. Beat 10 minutes.
    Should resemble the inside of a Twinkie.
