Amish Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs, beaten
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 lb. Can Pumpkin
1 1/2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
2/3 Cup Water
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil together.
Add pumpkin.
Mix dry ingredients, then add water, stirring just until mixed.
Add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture.
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans.
