Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    5 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    7 c. flour (or more)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Take 1 cup warm water, dry yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar; mix well.
    Let rise.
    Now, take 2 cups water, 1 cup sugar, shortening and salt; heat together until shortening melts.
    Let cool.
    Add about 7 cups or more flour, 2 eggs and the first yeast mixture together.
    Beat with beater like making a cake.
    Set aside to rise at room temperature.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch down and roll out rolls in shape you want.
    These rolls can be precooked and frozen.
