Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs; beat in oil and sugar, then add zucchini and vanilla.
In another bowl, add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt).
Add dry ingredients to other bowl. Mix all together.
Put in greased loaf pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let it sit in pan for 10 minutes to cool.
