Zucchini Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch-style dip mix
    2 c. peeled, shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Combine milk and egg in mixing bowl.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add (fold in) zucchini.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into 375\u00b0 deep fat fryer.
    Turn only once.
    Drain on paper towel. Makes 1 1/2 to 2 dozen fritters.
