Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Swanson chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 small jar mushrooms
2 stalks celery
1 small onion
1 c. grated Cheddar
1 small stick Velveeta cheese
1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation

Boil chicken, broth and butter.
Add onion and celery.
Cool 20 minutes.
Add mushrooms.
Gradually add all soups, milk and chopped Velveeta cheese.
Add grated cheese.
Simmer for 1 hour.
