Hamburg Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef
    2 (No. 1) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    handful brown sugar
    2 handfuls macaroni (or rice)
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Brown beef, drain fat.
    Stir in all other ingredients.
    Simmer partially covered. Stir several times. Cook about 20 minutes.
