Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small minced onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. can mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    8 oz. noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion.
    Pour off grease.
    In small bowl, mix flour, salt, garlic, pepper and undrained mushrooms.
    Stir into meat.
    Cook 5 minutes stirring constantly.
    Stir in soup, heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in sour cream, heat through, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve over cooked egg noodles.
