Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 14 oz. canned salmon
    2 eggs
    10 to 12 saltine crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except oil. Form into patties.
    Heat oil in skillet. Fry patties until browned well on both sides, covered. Place patties on paper towels on plate to soak up any excess oil. Good cold too!
