Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, cut in small pieces
    1/2 lb. pork, cut in small pieces
    2 c. diced celery
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 can Chinese noodles
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In Dutch oven or large covered skillet, saute beef and pork until well browned.
    Add onions, celery and bean sprouts; water can be added for plenty of moisture.
    Place in slow oven (300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0) for about an hour.
    Add soy sauce.
    If necessary, thicken with cornstarch.
    Pour over rice and top with Chinese noodles.
