Vegetable Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip
    1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch mix
    3/4 c. each: green pepper, mushrooms, tomato, carrot, green onions, cauliflower, broccoli and Cheddar cheese, chopped fine
    1 gal. coarsely shredded zucchini, peeled and seeds removed
    1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 1/2 c. bottled lemon juice
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together and simmer 20 minutes.
    Stir often for it sticks easily; do not let it scorch.
    Pack hot into sterilized pint jars. Process in hot water bath for 30 minutes.
    Use as you would crushed pineapple.
