Bul-Ko-Kee(Korean Barbecue Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef (boneless top loin or sirloin steaks)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
    Trim fat from beef and cut diagonally across the grain into 1/8-inch slices.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Stir in beef until coated.
    Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes; drain beef. Stir-fry until light brown over medium heat, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.
