Pineapple Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk plus 2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain
vegetable oil (to fry)

Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Stir well.
Set aside.
Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients.
Add to dry mixture. Mix until just moist.
Fry a few at a time in 2 to 3-inches oil.
