Ranch Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium Russet potatoes
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine 8 medium Russet potatoes (boiled, peeled and cubed) with 1 cup of sliced celery and chopped red onion.
    Combine the salad dressing mix with mayonnaise and water.
    Add to potatoes and toss to coat.
    Chill.
    Serves 4 to 6.
