Beef Potato Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large baking potatoes
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion, pepper and celery (all chopped) in 1 ounce vegetable oil.
    Drain fat.
    Add seasonings and tomato sauce.
    Cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
    Scoop out and reserve potato shells.
