Vegetable Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
1 medium bell pepper
1 medium cucumber
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt
Preparation

Chop onion, carrot, bell pepper and cucumber very fine.
Mix with cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Salt to taste.
Use as a sandwich spread.
