Wilma'S Skillet Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
3 large potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. beef broth
3 c. cubed leftover cooked lean beef (1 1/4 lb.)
hot pepper sauce
black pepper
Preparation

Heat Crisco oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Add potatoes, onions, green pepper and garlic.
Cook on medium heat, turning occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
Add broth, meat, salt, hot pepper sauce and pepper to taste.
Cook until meat is hot. Makes 8 servings.
