Leftover Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. pimento, diced
3 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. parsley flakes
3 c. turkey, cut in small cubes
Preparation

Place butter in small dish and cook 1/2 minute or until melted.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, bread crumbs, pimento, green peppers, parsley and turkey.
Add butter and mix well.
Spoon mixture into greased 2-quart ovenware dish.
Cover.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
