Tomato-Feta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
2 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
1 1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
1/2 to 1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. dried whole oregano
1 tsp. dried whole thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Rub inside of salad bowl with garlic; discard garlic.
Combine tomatoes, olives and cheese in salad bowl.
Combine oil and remaining ingredients in a jar.
Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
Pour over tomato mixture, tossing gently. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Yields 8 servings.
