Ingredients

5 Heath candy bars
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. half and half
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Freeze the candy bars.
Beat the eggs by hand until fluffy. Slowly add sugar.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze.
(Follow maker's directions.) While ice cream is freezing, break candy bars into small pieces with a knife handle.
When ice cream is done, add candy pieces and mix well.
Store in freezer.
Makes 1 quart.
