Apple Dumplins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium apples, peeled and cored
    2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 lb. margarine
Preparation
    Place the apples on squares of pastry rolled to about 6-inches.
    Mix the water, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and margarine. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
    Pour over dumplins in pan and bake in oven at 375\u00b0 until apples are done and dumplins are nicely brown. Dip sauce over them while baking.
