Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe

milk
1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
pint of blueberries
cinnamon to taste (for top)
sugar to taste (for top)
Preparation

In a large measuring cup put oil and 2 eggs; fill up cup with milk to make 2 cups total liquid.
Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Mix all ingredients (flour pint of blueberries); fold into batter.
Pour into a large greased and floured pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
