Daisy'S Blueberry Cake(Makes 16 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 egg
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix together the butter and sugar until creamy. Stir in vanilla and orange rind.
    Beat in the egg.
    Stir in orange juice.
    Mixture will be slightly curdled.
