Creamy Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar or to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrots
2 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix well mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add cabbage, carrots and onion; toss to mix well.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Makes 6 servings.
