Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can milk (large)
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
10 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Chill milk.
Put one cup boiling water in jello; let cool. Cream sugar and cheese together.
Whip milk until thick.
Combine cream cheese and sugar.
Add jello and lemon juice.
Fold into milk.
Mix cracker crumbs and margarine; press into 11 x 13-inch pan to form crust.
Pour mixture over crumbs.
Add some cracker crumbs over the top.
Keep in refrigerator.
