Easy Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/3 c. coconut (Angel Flake)
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well in a bowl for 3 minutes.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Let stand for 5 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
