Amish Stewing Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Make a soft dough by combining all ingredients (add more milk if necessary).
    Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead until well worked.
    Roll dough out as thin as possible and cut into strips about 1/2-inch wide and 2 inches long.
    Let dry about 1 hour.
    These noodles are great in soups and stews or great as dumplings.
