Dutch Apple Cream Cake(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 white cake mix (2 layer pkg.)
    1/4 c. softened margarine
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    6 to 8 apples, cored and sliced (1 large can pie apples)
Preparation
    For crust, combine cake mix and margarine until crumbly.
    Stir in coconut and press 2/3 of mixture into bottom and up sides of well-greased (sprayed) 9 x 11-inch casserole dish.
    Spread apples evenly; sprinkle evenly with blended sugar and cinnamon.
    Blend sour cream and egg, then pour over apples.
    Sprinkle remaining crust over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
