Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. melted margarine or 1 stick
    4 c. cut up rhubarb
    1 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and margarine.
    Take half of that and put in a 9-inch baking dish.
    Reserve the other half for later.
    Take rhubarb and put over mixture in baking dish. Cook the white sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and water until thick. Pour immediately over rhubarb and put rest of crumbs on.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
