Initial Starter For Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water (105~ to 108~)
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. warm water
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients well.
    Mix last two ingredients well.
    Then mix all together.
    Store in refrigerator and feed every 3 to 5 days.
